below terms and conditions before registering with
classiconlinejobs these are to insure you understand our
policies and business operations. This is a
legal document and is permissible in a court of law.
All members must
first agree to our terms and conditions before you are permitted
to register.
We provide full training to all members, and do
not require previous experience. We provide all instructions and
resources for this
position within your members� area.
You agree you will not disclose this
information our supply our resources to another individual or
company.
Ø
You understand that you will be placing ads on the internet
you also understand that the names you compile will come from your
ads and not any lists.
Ø
You
must have a valid email address where we can contact you. If you
move or change email addresses, you agree to notify us
via email as soon as possible so that we can
keep your profile updated at all times.
Ø
You
understand that you are considered an Independent Contractor and
therefore responsible for your own taxes.
Ø
You
understand each member can only have 1 membership per position.
Ø
You
understand anyone found to be working 2 memberships will have
their account terminated without notice.
Ø
You
understand we do not tolerate Spam and any member caught spamming
will have their account terminated without notice
and any earnings will be lost.
Ø
You
understand that if you are found to be cheating or are found to be
fraudulent in any way your account will be terminated and
any earnings will be lost.
Ø
We
reserve the right to change, cancel or end any offers,
opportunities as well as the payment terms and rates at our sole
discretion. We will do our best to notify you
via email within 5 days of any change in policies.
Ø
You
understand that all assignments can be found in your package
center.
Ø
You
understand that most if not all assignments will require some type
of online advertising.
e.g. ad placing, sending emails, generating
traffic, compiling mailing lists.
Ø
You
understand that assignments are offered as clients order them.
Ø
You
understand that any assignment can be changed at any time without
notice.
Ø
You
understand the assignment center is closed the last 2 weeks of
each month for updating and there are no payments in
these weeks.
Ø
You
understand all assignments must be submitted by the due date each
month and assignments submitted after this day can
not be processed.
Ø
You
understand that there is no submission deadlines you can submit
each assignment as you complete it.
Ø
You
understand that although your assignment center does not close
that there are no payments the last week of each month.
Ø
Any
assignments submitted in this time will be credited to your online
account.
Ø
Payments are sent on the 1st 10th and 20th of each month when your
account reaches $75
Ø
You
will be paid check/international money order.
Ø
You
understand should a check / International Money order not reach
you it will not be re issued until that check is first returned to
us or has expired (90 days)
Ø
You
understand checks sent to incorrect addresses or incorrect names
as a result of your details being incorrect in your stats
center will not be reissued
Ø
You
understand there is a $10 processing fee on payments
Ø
Due
to the non tangible nature of our products and resources we are
not able to offer refunds. Positions are non transferable.
Ø
Please choose your position carefully as we can not transfer
you to a different post
